This year marks 150 years since Ikigami Konko Daijin

received the Divine Call to perform Toritsugi Mediation.

Toritsugi is one of our most important aspects of this faith's practice.

KMH is currently planning a pilgrimage to Honbu.

Two of our sister churches are also having their 80th anniversaries.

The Konko Mission of Honolulu, our parent church and, the Konko Mission of Hilo will be celebrating. Let's organize a pilgrimage and join them in celebrating.

Practice faith together as a family and as a family accumulate divine virtue.

Let us all receive blessings and look forward to 2009.
